Great country bakery. Everything here is still made by hand, which results in a great taste and an even better shelf life. Pastries that I buy from 95% of all bakeries in the morning can be thrown away in the evening because they are no longer edible. Bread that I buy from the Haasis bakery still tastes good to me three days later and is not nearly as dry as it is after just a few hours from other bakeries. I'm glad there are still bakeries like this

But the bread I buy at Haasis Bakery still tastes great three days later and isn't nearly as dry as the bread from other bakeries after just a few hours. I'm so glad there are still bakeries like this.
