such a beautiful ambiente, great concept and then unfortunately a crash in the kitchen. we had that steak, we got it with a fat edge, so a rust roast. the burger was not juicy, as good as without salad (remembered to mc donalds, only there is the meat more juicy) and as good as no sauce on it. after half I gave up. the haxen was as good as possible, but stop without a crusty chest and dry.
