I was with a friend of dr Bimmlbah today on recommendation from the region. We have eaten excellent from soup to dessert. The kitchen cooks regional and supra-regional dishes at a high level from fresh ingredients without inappropriate exaggerations. French fish soup, the calfsbäckchen and cinnamon chick all very tasty. The Gaststub ́zur Bimmlbah I strongly recommend to anyone who loves and appreciates good cuisine.
I didn't take photos because the food was a dream and I'd rather concentrate on eating. We were randomly invaded and were more than enthusiastic. Excellent quality, creative cuisine and nice, careful operation. We wish you a lot of good years and we'll probably come over again-planned.
