Though I wasn't extremely hungry, I decided to order the fresh summer rolls with shrimp, a small tom yum soup with shrimp, and I shared the mango sticky rice with my friend. The summer rolls were delicious! Usually, I'm not a fan of the peanut sauce that accompanies them, but this one was excellent! The soup had the ideal level of spiciness and was packed with vegetables. Even though we were both quite full, I knew I had to try the mango sticky rice. The mango was exquisite; I really wish I had ordered my own portion. The rice was wonderfully cooked and creamy—it was some of the best mango sticky rice I’ve ever tasted.

After two wonderful visits last month, we were a bit let down by our experience today. They've now implemented an app for ordering, requiring us to pay for the meal, tip, and a service charge in advance. The service was slow and rather inattentive, which wasn't surprising given that the tip was already included. While the food was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of our previous experiences. Overall, it wasn’t the relaxed atmosphere we were hoping for when dining out. I genuinely hope they return to their earlier dine-in format. Today felt more like an overpriced cafeteria. We're not sure if we’ll be back anytime soon.
The number of flies in this restaurant made me think it's dirty. They were landing on our food and pestering us the entire time! Gross and unsanitary! The fact that they don't have menus and force you to use you phone to order AND pay a tip in advance is not ok. Service/gratuity should be based on the quality of the service but when paid in advance there's no reason for the service to be good. The food order came out wrong ,(hence the reason I don't like ordering from a computer) .. the portions were too small but were tasty. We won't be returning.
This used to be one of my favorite places for Thai food. However, since June 2023, they've changed their ordering and payment system for dine-in customers, requiring you to order your meal through your phone. You now have to pay in advance, which includes an automatic 18% tip. Dine-in feels more like takeout now. There's a significant problem with being forced to tip 18% before receiving any service. I've already done all the work using the app, so I feel like I should be the one receiving a tip!

This used to be my hidden gem in Andover, but unfortunately, like many places in the area, it has become overpriced, and the service has really declined. Perhaps I picked a bad day to visit. It was Mother's Day weekend, and there was only one elderly lady taking orders. I can only imagine how overwhelmed she was. I would have recommended this restaurant to anyone in the Andover area, but now I'm not so sure. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident for both them and me.
The food lacks authenticity, and the service is terrible because the owner takes 25% of the tips from the servers, leading to poor service. I recommend avoiding Gati and not wasting your money. I do not recommend this Thai restaurant.

Wow an amazing authentic Thai restaurant that's actually Thai-owned with some creative dishes as well as staples we all know and love. It's tucked away on a side street but we had a great meal.
