cozy, old friendly house with good, rich kitchen. staff very friendly and accommodating. the choice of eating is good bourgeois, with Swabian and Baden specialties. we have been here more often for family occasions. has always been fit.Situated in the middle of the forest with beautiful terrace. inside rustic. and after eating you can train the calorie and bribe the 25 meter high, listed tower. from then wonderfully glimpsed over the Black Forest.Ach - deliciously made cakes there too!
... are the real Swabian specialties. We have been here more often, summers and winters, and have always been nice and timely. especially in the summer for refreshment on hiking rounds is the memory house of one of our no. 1 goals.The menu and/or vesper card covers with cake offer (question worth) a large spectrum and offers plenty of regional food - to fair trips! :)if you are already there: necessarily climb the tower!
in spite of the high-powered operation on sunny Sunday we were served friendly and fast. the facility and the ambiente reminds me of my childhood in the black forest - so really homely. the sanitary facilities are newly renovated and of the finest. the food is ok. for my taste somewhat too much sugar and cornichons at the sauce but everything without chemistry and flavor enhancers = great!
You know a place filled with local that is as remotely located as this one has to be really good. I can't imagine how difficult it must be, but their customers are loyal. Very interesting history and the climb to the top of the tower permits an exception view of the Black Forest. Réservez une table maintenant
we have been going to Lauterbach for years to make vacation there. beautiful against! this year we were back in the memory house eating. I must say it was great! super atmosphere, especially the kamin in the corner did it to us. we are looking forward to the next year.
in the middle of the forest a beautifully decorated restaurant. not overloaded with black woodcream but tastefully selected decorations in the cozy gast stube. maul pocket soup and brain goulasch were exellent and the service of woman tantigam also. very recommended.
the ascent to the tower is a bit exhausting, but absolutely rewarding! one has a magnificent view of the black forest and the Swabian alb, with good visibility the view even reaches the alps. 1€, for hotel guests free.
