my spouse and I went to a special dinner. we had expected a lot and the restaurant has delivered. there were two seven-course menus (menues) and two five-course menus derived therefrom – and of course you can choose completely à la carte. we chose the five-course menus, each variant, so we could have a ten-course tasting menu in the round! and with some extras of the chef it was more than enough, we were glad to have chosen the five- vs. seven-course menus. it was expensive, but eating was exquisite and the service was impeccable. the ozaki wagyu and the lamb were both perfect. the jakobsmuschel was perfect. and on. they just save their money and go.
I didn't plan to go there, but my cook insisted that I should make a visit (I am chef de party at a 1 Michelin star in holland). we took both menus with 5 channels. everything was just perfect. I'm a quick edible and the timing was right. wein was a bit expensive, but it is worth it anyway. what I was really amazed was the dessert..HOLAUDE..Chocolate and beef with a hauch rosemary..unexpected well. bravo to the whole team!
the werneckhof and its young chef tohru nakamura are a long-awaited gastronomy stars. it gets better and better every time I'm there. it is a question of time until they get their 2nd star of guide michelin. tohru was adorned by the fine-creamer to the chef of the year 2015 - and this is from good ground: very creatiw and yet solid and qualitatiw high quality are his dishes.
we had a business dinner here and it was absolutely incredible. every dish was perfectly prepared, incredibly creatiw and beautifully presented. also the service was excellent. a reservation: prepare for a long evening. we arrived around 19 hours when the restaurant opened and were only finished at 23 hours and we were not looking for a long culinary experience.

choice between two menus, either 5 or 7 courses. very competent, but paralysingly hard in the head. expensive. fresh innocent staff. from my not enjoying anything, you are constantly reminded of how unique this Japanese genie is. I don't like this self-service, I want him to like it. not again.
asien meets europa in a fantastic fusion of Sparrn. something disorientated by the lack of traditional pre/main dishes you travel like in the dream run by experienced staff and great chef, who unfortunately has not appeared to receive our deserved compliments.
for serious culinary delights this is the right place to challenge the cook with their vegetarian desire. efficient service and beautifully prepared dishes. creatiw plated and each ingredient has a story to tell
fantastic eating, strongly inspired by the Japanese cuisine - in a small, traditional ambiente in a few. while eating the two Michelin stars really deserves, the service and the atmosphere lacks a little magie.

we never have such a poesie of eating in combination with great wein and first class service. I am blessed and grateful for this experience in our lives. Thank you for making my birthday something very special.
