I was so excited to try this place. I showed up to pick up my pizza, go home, and it was burned top and bottom. I called, hoping to receive another, and was told BY THE MANAGER that they?d send me another one burned because it?s deep dish and that?s how they look after cooking for 45 minutes. Um, no, that is not how deep dish pizza looks. She told me she couldn?t refund me because an owner wasn?t there and then hung up on me. I called back and she screamed at the poor kid who answered that he needed to take my number. She needs to be medicated. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Horrible customer service. Total shame because I really wanted to like this place. I was impressed by the menu and have a place here and planned to order frequently. Do yourself a favor, don?t waste your time or money or pay for poor young kids to be verbally abused by this nutcase. I called back today to speak to the owner to give him a chance to correct the situation from last night.... what a waste of time THAT was. The owner DID NOT make the situation right. He too tried to defend the burned pizza by referencing the 45 minute cook time because it is deep dish. Has no one in this place seen an actual deep dish pizza? Absolutely ludicrous. Then instead of a refund he tries to give me a credit after not even apologizing for his managers attitude and for hanging up on me. I explain that I don?t plan on coming back based on the prices not matching the website, the cook time taking 15 minutes longer than I was quoted, AND the food being scorched, and then the manager screaming like a banshee, hanging up on me, and then screaming at the poor kid that answered the phone. He then tells me they are the busiest pizza place in the entire area (with his personality, the food I was served, and the reviews I later found online, I find that hard to believe), and that he?s just way too busy to give me a refund until at least Wednesday or Thursday and that it?s only $17.99, what
