The lavender honey Gelato was excellent. Also got a pint of banana mango sorbet and cannoli. Daughters loved the cannoli but wanted way more mango flavor and texture with the sorbet. It was overpowered by banana but still delicious. Atmosphere was exquisite. Perfect spot to share moments and create memories with someone special.
I have always loved the Phoenixville location and tried West Chester for the first time. The gelato was amazing as always. I loved the gelato flights and the different flavors. The employee was very nice and allowed us to take the time to choose our flavors. Cute areas to sit and enjoy.
The gelato was delicious. The service was a bit off. The same chick served both, me and my fiancé. She gave me two very small scoops, while my fiancé got two huge scoops. It was really WEIRD. It was a total “Larry David Moment.” Gelato was great, but service was pretty ridiculous.
The gelato was amazing! We are always searching for Gelato places to try and the taste was excellent! Unfortunately the customer service was terrible. The servers were engrossed in their own conversations and acted bothered by waiting on us. It was not a friendly atmosphere.
