Gem's House Of Bagels

Vegetarian review: Gems bagels no longer serves fresh jalapenos cream cheese with their bagels. That being said the bagels themselves area too bit small and has very little cream cheese for the price. This place is expensive. That being said, the owners are genial who try as hard as possible to satisfy your expectations. I wish them success otherwise in their establishment. The pot coffee was excellent and it is NOT bottomless like some other establishments again for the high price it would have been nice however. Placed an order by the name of TOM. They gave me an order of CARL so I went back and one of them ladies is telling CARL that I gave the wrong name at pick up!!?? What? First of all it is your mistake if you did not hear my name correctly second how wouldI know you have an order of CARL? and third most common sense would be WHY would I say CARL when I am TOM? and you are blamingthe customer for your own doings? Wow GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Been going here from 2 years, thanks for loyalty.

I placed an order under the name TOM, but they mistakenly gave me an order for CARL. When I went back to sort it out, one of the staff members claimed that I had given the wrong name when I picked it up. What? First of all, it’s your responsibility to listen carefully to the name I provided. How would I know you had an order for CARL? And honestly, why would I say CARL if my name is TOM? It’s frustrating to be blamed for your mistake. Wow! I've been a loyal customer here for two years.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The place was dirty, and the staff appeared disorganized and lacking a sense of urgency. I witnessed them mix up two orders. When I was next in line at the register, they skipped me and served the two people behind me instead. I left immediately. Réservez une table maintenant

Needed something to eat after my blood test. Order a everything bagel and a large coffee . Couldn?t be more satisfied, behalf was warm and the butter just melted. Compared to the bagels I get at Shop rite. Coffee was hot. Btw my bagel was covered withsalt poppy seed and whatever. I be back

We arrived at Hazlet at 1 PM on August 14, 2022, and found three employees behind the counter, but we were the only customers there. Unfortunately, every table was dirty, and the bagels were quite small. We won’t be coming back.

They use to be awesome, don?t know what happened, now almost 15 dollars for 2 breakfast sandwiches, I could hardly taste the porkroll, 2 very thin pieces, they use to pile it, now, all I taste is bagel, so disappointing Réservez une table maintenant

Arrived Hazlet 1pm Aug 14, 2022 3 employees behind counter. We were the only customers. Every table was not clean. Bagels were small. Will not return.

Today's Breakfast while working Medic Unit #1201 is a Toasted Bialy, Fried Eggs, Jalapenos, Bacon with SPK. Very delicious, but very pricey!!!
