In general, I have a hard time finding fault with German food. We got in late Sunday afternoon and it looked like nothing was open. However, we happened to pull the door handle here and voila! It looked like a large family gathering (everyone knew each other, no one spoke English, but they welcomed us anyway). IT was off season and had started to ice and snow. We pulled out our little translator book and butchered the German language as best we could. Our gracious waitress taught us how to say several new words correctly. The menus were German only. My husband had a sausage plate of some kind and I had one of the schnitzels with spatzel. Of course we both had beer but wanted water (yeah, the...

De sfeer in het restaurant is gemoedelijk en de bediening heel vriendelijk. We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Geen fratsen maar gewoon een heerlijke Schnitzel zoals wij hem in Duitsland graag eten. Ook de steaks zijn voortreffelijk. Groente erbij en een grote schaal lekkere frites, helemaal goed. Na afloop een cappuccino met slagroom en vol gegeten weer op huis aan. Komen bij ons volgende bezoek aan dit gebied weer langs!

Wir waren aufgrund des 90jährigen Bestehen vom Nürburgring vor Ort. Sitzplatz reservieren ist bei solch einem Event empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal, eine telefonische kurzfristige Änderung der Ankunftszeit stellte keine Probleme dar.Ein wenig mussten wir auf unsere Rechnung warten, da es sehr voll war. Dennoch blieb das Personal nett und höflich. Das Essen war schmackhaft und preislich völlig i.o.

We were a party of 10 people and stopped for a lunch on Saturday on our way to the Ring. It was a fantastic choice. The service first of all was outstanding. The waitress was friendly, helpful and happy to assist with everything. They served as a delicious soup free of charge!!! The food was very good, they have excellent beers and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a must. Réservez une table maintenant

Had steak here two nights in a row, was cooked beautifully, spot on rare and very reasonably priced. The staff are lovely and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Would certainly recommend this place. Thanks for looking after us!!:) Claire and Terry.

Wij kwamen met 13 personen voor de lunch. 8 personen wilden een uitsmijter met ham en kaas, dit was niet mogelijk, want men had geen brood meer. Ik heb een salade besteld met met ham en kaas. Dit smaakte, maar was absoluut niks bijzonders

Perfect place for a lunch break at the entrance of Adenau town. good selection. good service. place is a short 2-3 min drive to viewpoint location for the Nurburgring. very much recommended

been going to this restaurant for 6 years now, superb food, great staff, family run restaurant, always a great night, you wont find better in Adenau, brilliant hosts Réservez une table maintenant

Bestellten StrammerMax. Gab es nicht weil kein Brot vorhanden. Wollten draussen sitzen wegen schoenem Wetter. Nicht moeglich wegen die Bedienung. Enttaeusschend !
