Gen Korean Bbq House

The food was excellent, as usual, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We did experience a long wait at 4:30 p.m., but we didn't mind that. The music was quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation, although we may have been seated right under a speaker. A few of our ordered items didn't arrive, but since it’s an all-you-can-eat place, it didn’t really bother us; there were just a couple of things we were eager to try. Overall, we will definitely return, but we’ll likely choose to come during lunchtime in the future.

The restaurant itself was very clean and quite busy, and the staff was efficient. However, there were definitely aspects that could have been improved, especially the brisket, which was really subpar. I even overheard another woman mentioning the unpleasant texture as she walked to her car. Perhaps it was just an off day for them.

I ended up trying this place out last minute since my favorite spot was closed this afternoon. Overall everything was good but the service was kind of slow, the meats were okay and they don't give you enough sides for four people. I honestly can't complain since it was $20 per person.

A delightful all-you-can-eat experience where you get to cook your own food. The ingredients are fresh, the environment is clean, and the staff is friendly, contributing to a great atmosphere. Although pretty expensive, this is one of the best places to get Korean bbq. The meat is actually really great quality and the service is really good. The place can get really packed so get there earlier than expected. This was a great experience and is worth it.

The service was outstanding; we were seated quickly. I can’t say enough about the food that kept coming out—bulgogi, short ribs, and beef large intestines. Everything was fantastic!

I went here many times already but never drop the reviews. I still like this place a bit slow service but still good taking care of costumer.
