Sachant que j'ai payé 50 € par nuit pour un dortoir de 10 lits, je m'attendais à mieux. La salle des bagages nécessitait un paiement horaire pour les clients, avec des casiers. La chambre sentait la cigarette et était désagréable. Il n'y avait pas d'espaces communs partagés. Les bars étaient trop chers et l'ambiance médiocre. Pas de nourriture extérieure autorisée, ce qui leur permet de vous facturer encore plus ? La douche avait des moisissures noires dans tous les coins et un ventilateur cassé. Les distributeurs de savon étaient vides et cassés dans la douche et au lavabo. C'est rien d'autre qu'un exercice de recherche de profit, plus axé sur la monétisation de votre visite que sur l'hygiè...
Horrible, j'ai réservé le 22 juillet à 11h57 par téléphone pour surprendre ma fille qui fêtait ses 18 ans le 28 juillet. J'ai passé 4 minutes et 50 secondes avec une jeune femme qui m'a expliqué tout sur la réservation. En payant quelques euros par personne à cause de la covid, cela permettrait d'accéder au rooftop jusqu'à 22 heures, etc. Elle m'a certifié que mon appel validait la réservation. Le 28 juillet, nous nous sommes présentés à 19h30 et quelle surprise ! Pas de réservation selon eux, car il y avait un événement privé pour 50 personnes. Je suis indignée et extrêmement déçue car je n'ai pas demandé de confirmation par e-mail. Cela sera une leçon, mais je ne recommande absolument pas...
J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Paris. L'emplacement était excellent. Le métro est juste en face de l'auberge de jeunesse. J'ai vu un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le toit. Le personnel de la réception était incroyablement sympathique, en particulier Sophie. Elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions avec un grand sourire. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très propres. Le personnel de nettoyage était également très aimable. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit pendant votre séjour à Paris. Amazing hostel for a good price comparatively to other not so good hostels in the area. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It’s in a safer area, it seems. Although, the area is not as rich with stores or landmarks, but it’s close enough. I would recommend staying here. Is nice that the restroom and shower is in the bedroom. They also have additional restrooms and showers in the hallway. The one thing that would make the place perfect is if there were curtains on the beds. It felt like a very nice hotel.
We chose it for a five-day business trip. Its location is in a safe area and easy to reach. The rooms are clean. Front office staff is friendly and solution oriented. I would also like to thank Mr. Santiago and Marco. Everything meets expectations, except for the bespectacled bartender at the bar, whose name I don't know but who has problems with himself. Would I choose it again? Yes.
lovely hostel, everyone was really friendly. worth the buck only paid €80 for 3nights. i did choose the 10bed mixed gender dorm still felt save. the bed was comfortable and the lockers were huge, compare to other hostels that i’ve stayed. the location is great too! less thn a 5min walk to the metro. i would recommend this to anyone even solo travellers:
It’s just okay. Staff is really kind and helpful. Rooms are fine, air conditioning is pretty poor and the bathrooms are not very clean. Location is good for getting around and being close to everything without being too touristy, but it isn’t the safest. Réservez une table maintenant
