I really enjoyed the fries at this restaurant. The hot dog was messy but delicious, especially when paired with the fries in a combination that surprisingly works well. The service was quick and efficient. Although there was a bit too much mustard on the hot dog, I still enjoyed it overall. It reminded me of Red Hot Ranch, where I could easily eat three hot dogs at a ballgame. The double hot dog option seemed intimidating and not worth it, so I recommend sticking to the single hot dog. The lack of a public restroom was a downside for me, but luckily there is a McDonald's nearby to address that issue. This restaurant on the west side is known for having the best hot dogs and tamales. The flavor of their hot dogs reminds me of the ones you would get at a baseball game. Their fries are also delicious. The staff works efficiently to keep the line moving, so you can be in and out within 5 minutes. The popularity of the restaurant is evident by the number of people who frequent it.

I absolutely adore the food at Gene June's. I ordered a double hot dog with fries and it perfectly captured the classic Chicago flavor. However, the ordering experience was a bit challenging due to the excessive number of workers who shouted through the plastic curtains, creating a grumpy atmosphere. Despite this, the food itself was fantastic and definitely worth a visit.

I believe this restaurant serves the greatest hotdogs and fries. I always order the double hotdog with all the toppings. The fries are freshly cut with the skin on and they are fantastic. Double dog with everything, was said it's the best dog in Chicago if it's I don't wait to try a better one. Great hot dog and great price. Line was out of the building, but they quickly move in and out in less than 30 minutes. $5 for a double dog w/ fries

This is the place with the best hot dogs and fries in Chicago. Fries are homemade and very delicious. Only for items on the menu. Prepare for the long waiting queues. The staff is friendly and fast. Big car park in front. Worth a visit.

Cool place to go for a classic Chicago dog with fries. You will have to wait in line. You will watch them slice the potatoes and make fresh fries. The prices are truly unbeatable.
