Wir waren im Urlaub in Bad Säckingen und wollten hier unbedingt das Essen probieren, da wir im Netz schön drüber gelesen hatten. Was sollen wir sagen? Dieser Abend war einfach perfekt. Sowas haben wir vorher noch nie gegessen und waren von der Zusammenstellung einfach nur geflasht. Wie in der Beschreibung stand mit Hirn, Herz und Hand und das schmeckt man in jedem Bissen. Auch der Wein war toll abgestimmt. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen, wenn der Weg nicht so weit wäre (ca 700 km) Aber wir empfehlen es jedem auszuprobieren. Es ist auf jedenfall sein Geld wert. Unsere Freunde haben uns als Hochzeitsgeschenk hierhin zum Essen eingeladen: was für ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Das Ambiente ist entspannt, man fühlt sich wohl, es ist ungezwungen. Der Chefkoch bereitet vor Ihren Augen die wunderbarsten Leckereien zu. Die Bedienung ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns die perfekten Weine empfohlen. Es gibt "nur" zwei verschiedene Menüs aus denen man wählen kann, was aber für mich ein Zeichen von frischen Zutaten und liebevoller Speisenauswahl ist. Beim studieren des Menues kam mir der Gedanke, nein, die müssen was vergessen haben. Nach dem Genuss des Menues, ja, tatsächlich, man kann auch noch tolle Gerichte zaubern, ohne in jedem Gang Dashi und Co. zu benutzen. Was hier auf dem Tisch kommt, ist vor allem durch die Abrundung der Gerichte durch die tollen verschiedenartigen Kräuter, wirklich Klasse. Der Genuss stellt sich aber auch ein, weil hier tatsächlich die Übersetzung des Wortes Slow Food stattfindet. Stern und Punkte sind vollkommen verdient, die Preise für die Region hoch aber nicht überrissen. Ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt dem Service Réservez une table maintenant

After years finally managed to return to the pleasure pharmacy! my friend invited me! I am myself a gastronome in Bad Säckingen and can only say this is made here the name pleasure pharmacy all honor! Fine star kitchen . You can look at the cook over the shoulders and you look at him the fun at the work. The brain that's in his work is decorated with every bite. Each gang is a new experience. We had finally made it to my birthday long ago. The evening was very nice, the food was super fine and the service was also extremely nice. The whole family worked what we found very sympathetic. : We would definitely go back and recommend it. For the birthday there was even a small culinary gift.
