On holiday, I love places that are not 'touristy ', a place where the locals go. Genusserie is such a place. It is warm, inviting and run by an exciting young couple who host you as if it were their home. Alexandra (Alex) takes care of your standard drinks orders and food (meze style cuisine) while Tim prepares the most unbelievable cocktails. Their cocktail selection is simply out of this world. I counted over 80 different rum cocktails and there were several other sections too! As it is, their rum selection includes over 250 different types! This bar can compete with any of the great hotel bars in global cities. It is tucked away in a relatively small, cosy cellar in the heart of Bad Vilbel, near Frankfurt. Owner and barkeeper Tim is very professional and has a great personality. He...is at his best when you just describe him what kind of drink you are fancying. Tim will create something for you that you probably never tasted before. Of course, he has memorized probably a few hundred of the typical cocktails. Am 18. September 2021 habe ich in der Genusserie meinen Geburtstag nachgefeiert. Es war super wie immer eben! : Die Gäste haben die Bar genauso gelobt. Tolle Location mit super leckeren Drinks und super nett serviert von Charlotte und beiden Tim’s. ; Die Genusserie ist u.a. für Rum und Gin Freunde wärmstens zu empfehlen, aber auch die Snacks (Nachos mit Guacamole, Baguette mit Knoblauch Mayo und Oliven sind mega lecker.
