The customer service was the best! From the hostess to our waiter, everyone displayed that they wanted us to have a nice experience. Our food was very tasteful. I ordered the lobster and shrimp fettuccine and it was delightful! My only negative feedback would be the ladies room. I know that when it's busy, it's hard to keep up but it was pretty dirty and the stalls did not have toilet paper. So we had to use paper towels which I know is not ideal for plumbing! Other than that, I highly recommend!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They have a good selection of wines by the glass. The ribs were fantastic and served in a large portion. The smashburger was also very tasty. Make sure to leave room for dessert, we loved the fudge brownie. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and our server Donald was the best part.
The service was subpar, with the server focusing more on chatting with coworkers than attending to our needs. It took quite a while (15-20 minutes) to receive a glass of wine, and the Brussels sprouts were excessively greasy.
Love this restaurant because there is something for everyone. The food is always really good and never a long wait. Hidden gem accurately describes this place.
