Not available via OpenTable! Great place... only one (big) problem: George 's has not accepted OpenTable reservations since early 2017. When I got to the desk on Monday June 26, 2017 with my group of 4 for a business dinner at 7:00pm, the Maitresse 'D informed me the restaurant was completely booked, for the entire night, and I did not in fact have a reservation of any kind. This, in spite of the confirming reservation via OpenTable the day before. She explained they (now) only accept reservations via Yelp. I was in town for the day and had seen an excellent carry-out business, so that I would give it a try. I had a gyro sandwich with salad. All I could taste was the pita. The meat had minimal flavor, and the tzatziki thought plentiful was not much better in the flavor. The salad had hard, unripe tomatoes for 16 this place would be a pass.
extremely fast service! eating was delicious and has met all our various dietary needs-meat eaters, vegan and vegetarian. falafels were so moist and tasty. hummus, dolmas, tzatziki and pita were all perfect! pastitsio was creamy and they gyros were very good!
I made a reservation through Open table for 6 people and when we got there the hostess told us they don't use Open Table anymore. They were able to seat us and we had a great meal but this should be resolved for future reservations

We ordered the family style Greek dinner and it was delicious. Large portions, plenty to go around. The service was superb, too. The baklava was the best I've tried. They make it in house.
George's was a good meeting place for my friend from Orange County and me from West LA--food was very nice, service good and a nice change from other American fare.

I highly recommend their lamb chops and kabob. Also, I had a dessert, it was tasty too!
this is a fun place with excellent fresh food. the street scene is a fun plus
