I 've tried many, many vegan places all along the country (I guess it would be weird to say around in case of Chile haha), and Namaste definitely made my TOP3! Yes, you need to wait for food and service a bit, as it 's a small place (and everything is prepared freshly on the spot), but HELL it 's worth it! The food is just SO full of flavour, so juicy, so well seasoned, so perfect, every single time! Menu is quite small, but it has everything you need make your own burgers, completos, chorrillanas, sandwiches, salads, great desserts and fresh juices, tea, home made kombucha, and I 've heard they 're about to launch some new dishes, so there will be even more reasons to visit!
