I feel this place well located, but not very customer-oriented or flexible. You will be released even if you are dependent on guests in this pandemic. Why lacks spontaneity or flexibility

Gorgeous beautiful guest house, very cozy with a lot of love furnished rooms. Centrally located right at the castle and very good kitchen!!! Thanks again to the nice staff...
