My wife and I stopped by after dinner tonight for a nightcap because we heard some great live music. We walked up the stairs and were met with the the typical... live music...so cover charge . I don 't mind paying a cover charge so when I was told it would be added to my bill, I didn 't balk at all. Here is the rub , there was a table of OBNOXIOUS patrons over to the side of the stage. By obnoxious , I mean talking so loud they could be heard on the other side of the room. They could have easily sat by the bar, away from everyone and else actually enjoying the music. Happened upon this place for dinner on open-mic night. Pretty cool experience, as a lot of local folks brought their own instruments. Although the savory crepes we had for dinner were forgettable, the pupus, quality spot-on cocktails, and the top notch service made up for it, and the atmosphere was unique among the touristy spots that otherwise occupy this area. Stop in for cocktails and live music before or after dinner!
Food was cold, and we were charged $10 for cover charge despite online and calendar of entertainment posted outside facility said $5 cover charge. We went back the next night and mentioned our disappointment about our previous night's experience. Our server was surprised, went to talk with a manager and returned with a cash refund for the overcharge of the cover charge!
Great ambience, nice staff, fryer was down though and menu was limited Nachos we're soggy too. Also, punk rock band instead of Jazz music as advertised, frustrating..Would go back but menu and branding consistency needs serious attention. Would have stayed for hours and spent more had the above mentioned been corrected.

What a great time! Yes, there's a cover for the band, but considering you can get handcrafted cocktails here for $12 (easily $15+ elsewhere) and the most expensive menu item is $16, you definitely get your money's worth! Cool vibe and good service. We will be back.
A fantastic place. I have seen fingerstyles and jazz musicians as well as many local favorites. Good food. The owner and her husband are precious stones. I would give this place a hundred star rating:
Really enjoyed this bar. We sat in a corner booth and it was fantastic. Got to see some talented musicians and enjoyed some greats drinks. Also had great charcuterie board. Perfect for sharing.
The best salsa band on (and off) the island! It was my first time there a few weeks ago and I was extremely impressed!

Ample beverages, good service and fantastic live music make this a regular destination when we're on the island.
We were there for the African jazz fusion night. Beautiful view and laid back atmosphere. A lot of fun.
