Gezzo's McDonough is my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Henry County. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh and made to order. Kai did a fantastic job preparing my meal during my recent visit. I also received great service from a young lady, although I didn't catch her name. The team at Gezzo's McDonough is top-notch! They offer a takeout service for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. I recommend trying the Spicy Chicken Nachos, and for vegetarians, there is a large selection of vegetarian dishes available. The restaurant also offers free parking with plenty of space. Jada, Tiffany, and Leah were very friendly and attentive, making sure my order was put together perfectly. The service was great for a take-out lunch, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The price per person was between $20-30. I highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Nachos, Shrimp Burrito, Queso, Quesadilla, Fish, Shrimp Taco, Guacamole, Grilled Fish, Eggrolls, Burrito, Veggie Bowl, Peppers, Shrimp Nachos, Steak, and Chicken Quesadilla. For vegetarians, there are some options available, but I would recommend calling ahead to check.
This is my second time dining at Gezzo’s in the last couple of weeks. I returned because my initial experience was so positive, and once again, I was not disappointed. Maria and her team including Michelle, Jocelyn and Rebecca are AMAZING! They each took time to speak to me as I moved through the line delivering top notch customer service. Once again, the food was hot and fresh and the prep area and salsa bar were clean and well-stocked. Well done Gezzo’s! ???
One of the best visits after football practice!!! The employees Dax and Kai were very patient and kind in their service to my boy. The food was well made, not just thrown together. Dax was very pleasant and completed our transaction with her warm smile. This is something not given these days in restaurants and I appreciated it greatly. Gezzo's is a decent option if you're looking for something slightly fresher, but it's on the pricier side compared to other taco joints. It seems like the teenagers working there could use some guidance on cleanliness, as the food bar is often messy. It's important to remind the team to wipe down after each order to maintain cleanliness and prevent any cross contamination.
Dining at this restaurant during lunch was a fantastic experience. The price per person ranged from $30 to $50, but the quality of the food and service made it worth it. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their delicious burrito.
