Paid for 2 large pizza with extra toppings $38 and cashier wouldn't accept the free appetizer coupon. Cashier said wait time would be 20-30 minutes and I ended up waiting almost 1 hour for my food. I request a free soda for the inconvenience but she said no. Cashier spend most of the time on her personal phone and getting visit by her boyfriend and friends as I wait. I have bought from here about 6 times already and this is the second time I have to wait this long. I will most likely stops buying from this place because of the bad service, long wait time and not being able to redeem a coupon that they are currently advertising besides all that, pizza did taste good.
I ordered a large thin crust pizza with garlic, sausage, and mushrooms. The sauce was good, and the crust was excellent with a nice dough texture. The fresh mushrooms were delicious, but unfortunately, the sausage was slightly undercooked, which was a bit concerning. On the other hand, the mozzarella sticks were fantastic—perfectly melty cheese with a great frying.
Delivery took almost 2 hours. We only ordered to two pizzas and breadsticks. Our pizza was dropped and cheese was halfway off the pizza. Pizza came very oily, and messed up. One pizza doesn’t look fully cooked. After the mess up they took $10 off $50 order. Don’t recommend
Apologies, everyone, but after sampling more than 80 pizzas in the Chicagoland area, I have to say this one didn't make the cut. I'm being generous with a 2-star rating. Za for Now.

Orderd a BBQ pizza and a half cheese half pepperoni, the half cheese half pepperoni was only cheese, I'd probably stay away from the app slice.

Very slow and super hot inside no ac all the time and employees are not welcoming either smh
