very rude over the phone. the guy that took my order rushed me through ordering, i ordered here last year all the time, and when Danielle, my favorite delivery driver left, i no longer wanted to deal with the headache. she made it worth it, i figured we would try there again since it had been a while and i was really craving the mexican taco pizza.BIG MISTAKE!!!!! our delivery took forever!! the food was cold and our driver after taking forever, wants to try and talk and talk my ear off!!! i've already waited an hour for my food and now you expect me to stand at my door and talk you while my food continues to get even colder!!??? when i called to complain, i was made to feel like i was lying...
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!! I ordered my pizza at 7:25 I was told it would be ready in ten minutes for pick up. I arrived approximately 7:37 the cook with the blonde hair screams you burnt the pizza to the owner. So now I'm upset. So he starts making a new pizza then charged me full price didn't offer a 20% off of any compensation an apology NOTHING. The customer service SUCKS! Then the blonde cook goes I'll pay for your pizza if you just get the f out of here as I was trying to ask about a possible coupon or a discount. Which the owner refused. ... Then proceed to give me a pizza that looked like ****! I was taking this home to feed the kids before bed we had a long day! I will NEVER go bac...
We've never had any problem ordering from them before but the past two times have been very disappointing. The first time we ordered a cheesesteak and a hoagie. The cheesesteak was good but the hoagie roll was stale. I called to let them know and the girl said they were having problems with the bakery delivering them stale rolls. She apologized and that was the end of that. A few weeks later we ordered again. A cheesesteak and a Baked Ziti with meat sauce. Well guess what- there was no meat in the sauce. Very disappointed. Probably will be looking for another place to order from.
another command. we have a spinach calzone and a big simple cheese steak. the calzone was fantastic, but the cheese steak had sauce and swirling. I called to advise her about the mistake and immediately apologized and offered a new sandwich. not only that, they gave it out so we didn't have to go back. the right cheese steak was also delicious and still hot. the updated review reflects the excellent recovery that it made. this place has never gone to a fixed favorite again. I'm sorry it's not a place I'm returning to. we called in a series, and when we wanted to pick him up, no one wore masks and the masquerade must be lifted. I wouldn't mind if it was eating. we ordered a big cheese pizza. the crust was in order, the sauce was bland, and the cheese was not of very high quality. I found three other places to get pizza in coplay, and hopefully will have much more luck with one of them.
