Always a joy to eat here. Always full with locals who know how good it is. We visit two or three times a year (from 150+ miles north) and are sure of a welcome. The food is consistently delicious. Ravioli, veal, chicken, sea bass, lemon sole are all perfectly cooked. We would also recommend the Zabaglione, the best I have eaten, hot, alcoholic and beautifully blended. Complimentary biscotti, unique to Giacomo’s are put out at the end of the meal. They are soft, fruity, spicy and incredibly more-ish; be sure to leave a little space. What a pleasure to eat in this small,friendly and excellently run restaurant. All 3 of courses were of a consistently high quality,served promptly with a smile.This is not haute cuisinebut the classic dishes are of generous proportions and full of flavour.The prices are more then reasonable and the overall level of customer satisfaction put many grander west end establishments to shame.The restaurant has been going for many years and last nights meal shows that it will continue for many more years to come.A thoroughly enjoyable night out.Thankyou Giacomo's.
Absolutely amazing! Saturday evening, we were staying in the area and just wanted some nice food after a long day of sightseeing… We came, we were 5, had no reservations, it was fully booked, we still have been accommodated! Amazing home made food, so comforting after such a long day! I can only recommend this place, but make sur to book in advance to have the full experience! It is a very small place, which is probably why the food is so fresh and amazing! Thank you again!
What an experience!!!! If you're looking for authentic italian food, this is the place to go. The owner couldn't do enough for us from the moment we phoned to book a table from the moment she gave us our coat to leave. The food was cooked fresh and the portions were perfect. There was plenty of choice and the homemade desserts were unbelievable. The next time we're in London, we'll definitely come back here.

Happened to find this little gem of a restaurant whilst in the area for a meeting and was pleasently surprised by the family atmosphere, cosy decor, quality service and top-notch pasta. I had the penne alla puttanesca and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly Al-Dente. My friend had the penne with meatballs and we both enjoyed it very much. We shall be back for sure!
This very friendly, family run business offered us very good value. The menu is huge and it is all a bit 1980’s but it tasted fine and was well presented. It is a very small restaurant and the tables are very close together but it seems to be hugely popular, many guests being regulars. This was my first time there but it is definitely worth a return visit.
Close friends who live in London who we were staying with had recommended this restaurant to us. The food was excellent the service excellent and the atmosphere truly Italian, Antionella who knew our friends was so welcoming it was a true family run Italian restaurant.
A small authentic family style Italian restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is fast and staff are friendly. I enjoyed a mushroom green pasta dish and a free side of bread. Good size portion and reasonably priced. Great little gem! Really enjoyed my meal.

This family run restaurant is on Finchley road. It looks like a tacky restaurant from outside. Must book. Mostly locals visit this restaurant. The owner is the cook. Try their pasta dishes and their Cotellat Milanese . Also their zabaglione is excellent for desert.
Delicios food, very good wine. The service is very good too. The main courses are nice and right si è. Torta di mele amazing. Higly reccomnded!
