Called today to place an order and was met with the rudest person, I asked for a Philly cheesesteak with everything on it, and extra cheese, the girl on the end said so you want the steak hogie? I said no I want the cheesesteak that doesn’t have mayo and lettuce, she said “ do the hogie has tomato lettuce and mayo,” I said no I want the cheesesteak and she replied “ well OBVIOUSLY you don’t want EVERYTHING on it” umm excuse me?!? She told me the total and then hung up on me, never asking for a name. I called to tell the manager that this person is really rude to customers and was told their was no manager on. Right. It’s service like this that costs businesses revenue, there’s no reason to be nasty or rude to anyone calling in, especially when you’re wrong. My family uses this location a lot but seeing that this it how they let regulars be treated, I guess we’ll start looking around.
Usually I don’t complain about their food or rate it for that matter but I am annoyed first off when I called and place the order the person who took the call messed up three times then when we got the pizza each pie was greasy so much so I couldn’t finish it not happy at all with the service.
