This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I was staying at an Airbnb nearby and was looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and have a drink. I decided to try the chicken parm sandwich, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The sauce was not good, the chicken was lacking mozzarella cheese, and overall, I was not satisfied with the taste. I only took a few bites before deciding to throw the rest away. I paid $18 for the sandwich, a water, and a Snapple half lemonade and ice tea, and I was disappointed that I spent so much money on a subpar meal. Gianna's staff is super friendly and helpful. They serve quality food and everything is always fresh. You can sit down and enjoy their music while eating.You have to try their breakfast and daily specials too. Its like an Arthur Avenue delicatessen. Sausage and peppers, fresh mozzarella, chickpea salad, and homemade pasta too.Gianna is an exceptional store owner and provides great service to our community.In addition, they have a butcher, who has excellent suggestions for your cooking. Great food of excellent quality at a reasonable price, with top-notch service. Can't go wrong with either the hot or cold options. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Their cheeseburgers stand out as something special, and they offer a wide variety of distinctive breakfast sandwiches.
I was recommended to try Giannas for a simple bologna and cheese sandwich for my father at his new rehab facility. Despite it being my first time ordering from them, they surprised me with a large container of fruit salad for free! The staff at Giannas are truly amazing people!

The best deli sandwich I've had in a while! They are generous with the meat and cheese, unlike most places, and thankfully the sandwich wasn't dry. Excellent quality!
Great deli with a friendly staff, and d butcher carries great meat cuts, my fiance loves their Waygu dogs, highly recommend it.
