Gianni's Pizzeria Neptune

I usually order burgers from Gianni's and they are usually good, but the burger I received today was terrible. The delivery took over an hour and both the burger and French fries were cold. The bread was different from what they usually use and the meat was overcooked to the point of being charred. I did not enjoy it at all. The service was for delivery and the meal type was lunch. The price per person was $10-20.

I ordered a calzone with ham. It’s just motz cheese and ham.There was absolutely no ricotta in the calzone. That’s the whole reason I ordered a calzone! I wanted ham and ricotta not a giant motz bread with ham. I’m sure it was a mistake but I’m not gonna spend another $20 something to find out. I’ll still try other items since this was my first time ordering. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered food for my family and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived in 25 minutes, I spoke to the cashier about my order. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes inside, only to be told that they hadn't even started cooking anything yet. I wasted an hour of my time. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time like I did.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. I ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks could use a little more breading, but overall everything was amazing. The staff is very friendly and I am a frequent customer. This place is unlike any other pizza restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant

The hot honey knots are amazing, oh my god. They're sweet and spicy, but not overpowering. The vodka pizza was also delicious! I definitely need to come back and try the other pizzas, but I'm already hooked.

UPDATE: The restaurant at Route 66 is now closed. It's disappointing, as it was my go-to pizza stop on the way home from the beach. Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant is conveniently located near my workplace. The pizza is delicious. I highly recommend trying Gianni's.
