Great location no doubt, very quiet on the lake, I understand it’s a boutique hotel, but rooms are really small so maybe it’s our mistake to come here for 5 nights it’s a kind of 2 nights only hotel. Also there is no elevator in the property so be careful if you have elderly people with you who can’t take the stairs. The restaurant service was amazing and every one was cheerful and helpful, I can’t say that about the welcome disk. Of course as it’s a boutique hotel there is no one to take care of your luggage and you have to carry them to the 2nd floor if that is where you room is located, I have to mention that there was a gentleman from the kitchen who came to our help and helped carry our...

This was our first time to Locarno. The hotel is amazing and provides the kind of service you’d expect from a boutique hotel. It is a great place to unwind and take in the scenery. The restaurant is very good and the staff works hard to ensure you are happy with your meal.
