The staff was consistently rude. I’m updating my review to address the owner: I appreciate your point of view, but the situation could have been dealt with more professionally. Rather than loudly telling us to “get out of your bar” in front of everyone, a more calm and respectful approach would have made a significant difference. There were empty seats and tables behind us that could have been offered. As you mentioned, it’s a learning experience for both parties, but it’s still not the level of treatment I expect as a guest. I visited Gift Shop based on a recommendation during a pub crawl. The cocktails were exceptional and expertly crafted. I highly recommend trying the Never-Ending Story. Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Price per person: $20–30.
