I got a regular slice and it wasn?t good at all, the dough was as thick as the crust. Too doughy and chewy that it takes away from any flavor the sauce and cheese provide. The only reason I?m giving two stars instead of one is because the garlic knotswere actually good. 5 or the 6 knots I got were tasty one was burnt and inedible. I visited Gigi's Pizza on August 23, 2022, at 2:00 a.m. When I arrived, I noticed an older Spanish man having a bit of an argument with a coworker. He seemed frustrated and mentioned that he couldn't treat me kindly. I explained that I’m 48 years old and saw this as a good learning opportunity. After that, the worker moved to the other end of the counter, and when he returned to assist me, he was much more polite. I appreciated the change and thanked him. The menu at Gigi's Pizza offered a good variety, making the experience worthwhile despite the initial tension.
I live in the neighborhood I love Gigis Pizza. In my opinion, the best pizza around! The crust is slightly crusty, the perfect amount of chewing texture; I love the taste of her cheese. The staff is always friendly and polite and I always had a great experience to order food, both diving in (they have a little restaurant area back) as well as delivery and delivery. I'll move soon, and not near this place, making me really sad. But you better believe that I make it a point to take the drive, here to come it is THAT good!!! Gigi is you rocking!!

BEWARE AND AVOID IF YOU CAN....The owner is very rude and not at all friendly with their customers. They only accept cash and the ATM machine inside is shaddy, do not use it. A restaurant like this doesn't use card payment is a red flag. They wantcustomers to use the atm inside to take money and the store gets service charge $2.50 and also their card info. These chineseatm machines are known for stealing card information.
Gigi's Pizza used to be fantastic. I ordered a buffalo chicken pie for my family, and everyone was surprised by its sweet flavor—some even thought it was BBQ chicken. I double-checked, and it was definitely buffalo chicken, but the sauce tasted unusually sweet. Buffalo sauce is supposed to be savory with a bit of spice and heat. They should cut back on the sugar and focus on that classic savory, spicy flavor instead!
The food is great, and there’s a nice variety to choose from, but the delivery service is inconsistent. Today's experience was unacceptable. I placed my order at 4 p.m. with an estimated arrival time of 5 p.m., but it wasn't delivered until 5:45 p.m. I reached out to Grubhub to voice my concerns and found out that it was their own delivery team causing the delays. This isn't the first time this has happened.
I used to come here for pizza years ago, and recently, while at Stop and Shop, I decided to grab a slice or two. I'm really glad I did! The pizza tastes just as delicious as I remembered, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They've definitely turned me into a regular customer once again.

I always love gigi pizza!!! Variety quality!! Quality has been same for years I've been going. I always get pizza but got other stuff twice n it was good.
