Never thought I would be targeted at a Native American casino, but I was. And for nothing more than being in my car outside of the hotel/casino where I had a room. Staff was even as reckless to make up a policy on the fly, saying you're not allowed to be in your vehicle, as I'm watching truckers sit in their vehicles. Requested a supervisor and she essentially spoke to me like I was her child letting out her AC in her home, and said I was either going to be in the building oroff their property. I respectfully went and grab my things and checked out hours early. I will not be wasting my money in this casino anymore. I've only visited 3 times and have yet to see a single handpay, whereas at ot...
Pros Easy drive on the 202 to the Hotel and Casino. Clean rooms with even patio cleaning and inspections afterwards. Internet speeds of 200M+ up and down in the public areas and `30M up and down in the rooms. Great food when you can get it. Super nice and not crowded pool with bring your own and pool service up on request. Some rooms have patios that connect directly to the pool. Staff is super friendly at all positions Cons Food is good, but they may run out of somefood or just close early without notice. This happened a couple of times during our stay. I miss Ditka's, but nachos and tacos are good at the Tequila Lounge if you can get them.
