At 3:30 p.m. the staff took the empty plates from our trays. I find that very rude!!! And I don't think it's polite when freelance staff interferes instead of helping. And don't say a stupid thing about your colleague to a customer. This colleague is reported. She's a somewhat corpulent, black-haired colleague who just makes a fool of herself with customers.
