We love this taco shop, as we are always in search of rolled tacos like we ate growing up in San Diego. these are close and have good meat and flavorful sauce. carnitas tacos were really good too. we often order ahead for pick up and it seems like the never start the order until we arrive which can sometimes be a pain if we have a big group and want to grab and go, but I guess they want it to be hot and fresh. Be careful and put notes when ordering, last time we got a side of rice with one order of rolled tacos and they put the rice on top which we thought was strange. prices are very reasonable for the quality of food.
This is obviously 1 of Blaine's hidden gems ! I used 2 drive 2 the other burrito burrito bowl restaurant 2 curb that crave but after getting into one of these burritos at Gilibertos I don't think I could go anywhere else for that kind of flavor size for a price that can't be beat!! Good stuff! AND they have street style corn on the cob that's very good
This is the closest you'll get to authentic Baja San Diego Mexican-style burritos! It's the best Mexican food in Minnesota. The burritos aren’t overloaded with rice and beans; they feature straightforward steak and delicious sauce. I highly recommend it!
I Door Dashed a vegetarian fajita burrito. Paid $16.00 and got nothing but a tortilla with onions and peppers. Honestly, I should have made my own for pennies! Wouldn't recommend or return!

Love the food, hate the service. Workers are always rude, rush you while ordering, and act like you’re bothering them. Wish the food wasn’t so good.
I highly recommend the chorizo burrito; it’s one of the best in the Twin Cities! Everything was well-seasoned and tasted fantastic.
Delicious! This is one of our family's favorite restaurants. I truly think it's the best fast casual Mexican dining in the area.
I got a breakfast burrito, and they really put straight up raw potatoes in it. Not cooked or anything. Just straight up raw.
