Gin Long Canteen

I've been to Gin Long numerous times and they never disappoint.... It's one of those restaurants where you just know you'll have a great meal no matter what you order off the menu......Having said that...... You have to try the:DumplingsDragon Beef CurrySlow braised Thai beefLychee Duck CurryAnd their sticky banana roll......No matter what you select..... it's amazing food...Only problem is it gets packed quickly so get in early to grab a table and enjoy the food.....

Come here all the time, the food is nice, staff are great and top quality service. Its very affordable and the meals are a good size. Can't fault any of their food, it all has so much flavour and always presented nice. Its cosy inside but also can be loud as their always booked out. I prefer ordering off the menu rather then the banquet, we have done the banquet once but didn't get any seafood sort of dishes!

I am amazed that Gin Long is not packed out every lunch time - the $12 lunch is awesome. I always select the Chicken Broken rice with hot wings as a side - great for Lunch and prefect for a quick business lunch

I was with one other, we ordered a few share plates and they were all really good. Would recommend in particular the soft shell crab and the salt and pepper eggplant.
