Ginkaku is a great addition to the area for some delicious sushi. They have an excellent lunch special. Their pepper tuna, beef nagimaki, and Singapore mei fun are some of my favorite items here. Their parking lot is at a weird intersection, no fault of their own prior businesses at this spot have had the same issue. Once you're adjusted to it, it's fine, but can be a little awkward the first time you get there. Found our new sushi place, for both dine in and take out. We've tried this place a few times for sushi take out and it has been nothing less than amazing. With sushi, you get what you pay for. The value here is fantastic. The fish is very fresh, and the ratio of filling to rice is excellent. Special rolls were delicious. They do serve alcohol including Japanese beers and sakes among other drinks. The service is quick and professional. Definitely great for special occasions! In my opinion, this is the best place for sushi takeout. I make the drive from Colts Neck, despite having many closer options. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. I particularly love the scallop sashimi. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The rolls here are fantastic and inventive. The food is fresh and tastes wonderful. The service is good, though not exceptional. I will definitely be returning!
The scallop sashimi is the freshest seafood you'll ever taste! They also have the best clear soup. This is definitely the go-to sushi spot!
