Ginos - Réserver une table

Service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 mains, kids meal with drink and a pitcher of lemonade. We placed the order with the waiter in english. The kids drink arrived and it was wrong but we accepted it anyway. The kids meal came and it was wrong, the server came and put the food on the table and walks away — there was no cutlery or napkins on the table! Muy mala atención de parte del dependiente, solo prestaba atención a los turistas delante de nosotros, al parecer se ha puesto de mal humor por que preguntamos por una promoción. Estuvimos 30 minutos a la espera… y eso que solo atendia una mesa en el local..... al parecer pensó que pediría regalado…y se le pide aclaración al personal y solo te ignoran.... tal vez no soy lo suficientemente europeo.....

Vergonzoso, hemos tenido que esperar una hora para que nos sirvieran 2 pizzas, puedo entender que si el local está lleno se demoren un poco, pero no era la ocasión.

Los camareros son muy amables, pero se tarda más de una hora para entregar la comida. No obstante, los platos son excelentes.
