DO NOT ORDER HERE. We ordered and paid online, waited hours for a delivery that never came and now the worker is saying that there isn't anything they can do about refunding us for it because it was yesterday. We also called until they closed about our delivery and all they had to say is that it was on its way and eventually no one would even pick up. Don't get me wrong the food is good but the service is completely garbage. We paid $40 and have still not been reimbursed plus the woman we tried speaking with was rude and unprofessional and haven't answered to any of our attempts to call again. Ordered from here via a food delivery service. The first time, i ordered an hour before they closed and 20 minutes later my driver informed me the restaurant was closed. They still got to keep my money. Well I tried it again and this time the staff admitted to my driver they “forgot” to make my food. They must’ve rushed it because my calzone was cold. So unprofessional, and i will not be giving this place my business anymore.
I used to be a loyal customer, but the other day I ordered the same items as usual. We got a regular crust pepperoni small pizza and a gluten-free sausage pizza. Both were just okay. The sauce tasted different, lacking seasoning. The crust on both pizzas also didn't taste the same. I later noticed that my receipt now said Pantry instead of Ginos, so I assume the owner has changed. It's not the same anymore.
It's probably my favorite pizza joint in town. I don't think anywhere else is even remotely close in terms of flavorful pizza, great crust, and value. These guys simply get it right. Also, they have some of the best wings in New Mexico.

One of the best pizza restaurants in Albuquerque, NM. The pizza sauces and toppings are delicious and their crust is nice and crunchy. I would recommend eating here to those who are visiting Albuquerque.
I tried for the first time and mmmm. Pizza was great. Went back the next day for some wings and they were good too. Everything home made and you can tell. Service was great
The Large 3 Topping pizza for $30 was fantastic. The crust and size were perfect. However, the atmosphere was a bit dull with no TVs or entertainment.
My first visit the staff was friendly and the pizza delicious. Will visit again and maybe add that 5th star.
