On our way back home to Virginia, we stopped to grab a bite for lunch at Gino’s. To put it plainly, the food was actually pretty good! My issue was, the restaurant itself was not very clean (the tables, high chair, floors, and bathrooms specifically). You can’t expect exceptional cleanliness from a roadside diner though, so I’m not too upset about that. My main issue was how long the food took. My flatbread pizza went from being my food to being an appetizer for my husband, son, and I because their spaghetti and philly cheese steak with fries came out about 30 minutes after. I have the same issue with this restaurant as I do with the Gino's in Cross Lanes. Every time I call, they claim they don't have a driver available. Tonight, I was told that the driver had gone to the Teays Valley store. I live in Cross Lanes and work in St. Albans. It's frustrating to constantly be told they don't have a driver. Do all the branches share a single driver? If so, they definitely need to hire more drivers. I'm considering stopping my orders from them. It's a shame that their lack of drivers is costing them so much business.
I paid over $9 for a half-sized, paper-thin, burned dish. When I complained about the portion size, I was given excuses about how different locations of the restaurant have different sizes. The server was very rude when I mentioned that the food was burnt and hard. I offered to send it back, but I was so disappointed that I will never waste my money on such a tasteless and overpriced meal again. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. I was absolutely disgusted.
I ordered three Baked Spaghetti dishes and a serving of ten wings! The portions were incredible, and the garlic bread was delicious! One of the best features of their containers is that you can refrigerate them and then bake them again. The phone ordering process was quick and efficient, so I tipped 10% at the pick-up window. The total came to $61, but it's enough food to feed six people if necessary! This is a local favorite conveniently located near the Interstate ramps.

Show out I ordered dinner for my family. I ordered some spaghetti cause that’s what they wanted so tell me why My Son gets his fork open it up and when he takes a bite of his spaghetti, why the hell was a piece of metal in it why?
I love the ham pubwich, baked spaghetti, and the calzones. They are fantastic. I've never had an issue with them. The staff has always been friendly at any one I go to. Most importantly, the order is correct and on time.
Although the drive-thru service was a bit slow, it was still efficient. The antipasto salad I ordered was excellent!
Not impressed. Huntington won me over, but the Saint Albans location really needs some improvement.

It can be hit and miss. Afternoons seem to be the best. Over priced for what you get.
They were quick, kind and got out my order very fast. Pizza was very good!
