Called in to get pricing for an end of the year work celebration. When I asked for pricing of chicken man instantly tells me he can not help me with a catering because they have to have at least 24 hours for catering. He never asked me for a date or time. Just immediately assumed I wanted something less than 24 hours. The customer service today is awful. I was looking to get chicken for the 29th of the month. I will go somewhere else. Your chicken is good. But it's not, you're going to talk to me any kind of way, good. I will spend my money elsewhere!

This is a local pizza chain and their pizza is usually very good. Don’t try to order online, at least our local store is never accepting online orders so you have to call, this is where the fun begins. The person who answers, no matter who it is, can never hear you, ever. Prepare to have to repeat your order many times. Once you’ve repeated your order the correct amount of time, add thirty minutes to the wait time. The last two times we ordered our order was always lost. Fortunately once you get it, it’s always good so that’s a thing.

I work in Solon Ohio and my company and co workers order from here all the time, the pizza is excellent and that is the best fried chicken l tasted in a long time

We typically get Pizza and Chicken. The food is very good and made how we want it (pizza well done). The Jo Jo's are a bit with everyone.

Don’t bother calling 45 min before they close. Apparently they don’t accept orders after 9pm.
