Giordano's - Réservation de table

First off, I love Giordano’s pizza. It’s a Chicago staple. I’ll take this pizza over any other deep dish pizza. Unfortunately this location continues to disappoint. I have tried this location multiple time and there had been no change. There is usually only 1 server for the whole restaurant. The hostess just takes your name down and then just watches the 1 server do all the work. They are leaving so much money on the table by having such terrible service. (The 1 server is very nice and I’m sure does their best) They need to hire more staff. I would highly recommend going to a different location. Don’t miss out on this great pizza, just take it to go or go to a different location.

We arrived for dine in on a particularly busy night. An employee named Crystal greeted us at the hostess stand and was extremely friendly, accommodating and organized. Best Deep Dish in Chicago, Great atmosphere, helpful staff, Wisconsin sourced cheese, ingredients locally sources, prepared when ordered. A deep dish takes 45 min so get your group some samplers, I recommend getting some bruschetta it's amazing.

We ordered a deepdish for delivery. It came too fast and very warm. The pizza looked soo good as you can see in the photo. Moreover, it tasted great. We paid $35 for a medium size. Will be back soon. Réservez une table maintenant

We were served slightly above room temperature deep dish pizza.$45+ Pizza served nearly cold.Shame on you Giordano's in Willowbrook. Your restaurant should be banned from the pizza industry.

Really good classic deep dish. Honestly the cheese only or pepperoni is the way too go. Don't get too complicated and enjoy the MOUND of these that is this pizza. Trust was really good too.

The pizza crust was burnt both on bottom and top. Very disappointing ,was so looking forward to this deep dish.Will not order from this Giordano's again. Réservez une table maintenant
