I tried to place an order twice online for delivery and both times their website declined my card but still took out my money. I called to get some clarification to what was going on and all they had to offer me was very mediocre assistance with smugish and “as of matter of fact” attitudes. “Bob” the store manager was very rude, cutting me off and yelling over me Angie was very short with anything she said and not offering any help or accommodation of any kind. I would recommend to choose a different location for take out. From what I see from the rest of the reviews, this is a reoccurring thing with their to go not being on point which is sad especially when they advertise “online ordering...
I visited the restaurant tonight (8/24/24) to celebrate my mother's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The manager, who also served us, treated my entire family poorly. He consistently looked down on us and even remarked to my brother, "What, can't you read?" when he asked for the draft options. His demeanor was unfriendly, harsh, and unwelcoming. I have never felt this mistreated in my life. When I brought this to his attention, he didn't offer an apology or make any effort to address the situation.
Mandatory service fee of 20% added. I normally wouldn’t mind this but 1. Wasn’t made aware 2. There was no sign and most importantly, 3. The service was awful. Multiple members of my party felt uncomfortable by the way the waiter spoke to us. Never came to check on us, got parts of the order wrong.
Pizza was fresh and delicious. The staff was able to expedite my order, as I was attempting to eat pizza before heading to O’Hare. One of the best in Chicagoland.

Outstanding service, delicious pizza. They were kid friendly and timely on refills, napkins and anything we needed.
The pizza is ok, the pasta is terrible. Customer service was great. I won't return, the food is just ok.
I really enjoyed the deep dish pizza for my first time in Chicago and the wait staff was very pleasant.
Giordanos is always great pizza, but asking for a tip when i pick up my CARRYOUT order is ludicrous.
