Giordano's Indianapolis

After 30 minutes past my latest delivery time I called to ask if they had any information or update. The person said my food was delivered to the wrong place... No big deal people make mistakes and they credited me for the inconvenience. They said they would get me a replacement order going and would take 25 minutes. Give or take 40 minutes later I get this pizza and the salad I had asked to take things off were on it. From order time to getting this sad looking pizza and wrong salad was 2 hours and 20 minutes. The food was excellent! The service wasn’t great. We waited A LONG time for food and it was hot in there! After a long day of exploring it’s nice to find a cool restaurant with friendly faces and great food. Well we found the food but not the rest. Maybe next time the service and restaurant will be cooler.

Ordered a build your own, that at first was not cooked properly. But when I called the staff and the manager were able to rectify the situation and more. I totally understand how it happened and the fact they went above and beyond what I asked for to make it better is absolutely amazing.

No AC. Our waiter told us the AC has been broken for two months as of mid June ‘24.
