My daughter and I decided to stop by Giordano’s after her harp concert since we're visiting from out of town and were craving some delicious pizza before heading home. We had a fantastic experience! It wasn't crowded during lunch, which allowed us to have a nice conversation with our server, Dan, who was exceptional. He was already a great server, but we were pleasantly surprised by how kind and engaging he was. If you think the service industry is lacking, you really should visit Giordano’s and ask for Dan! Plus, the pizza is consistently amazing!
I visited the restaurant today, May 1, 2024, and the manager's initial greeting was not very welcoming. My pizza arrived slightly burnt, so I brought it to their attention. Fortunately, the manager improved their service and offered me a discount, which I felt was reasonable. Since they addressed the issue, I’ve decided to give a positive rating. Additionally, the server who attended to us provided good service.
This was mine and my family’s first trip to Chicago. We stopped to get a true deep dish Chicago style pizza and it was EVERYTHING we imagined it would be! The food was amazing. The staff was all excellent and very kind as well as friendly! Clean clean clean! Immaculate! Very very very impressed! We will be going back again when we come to visit! Oh also they had the best music .. 80’s!
The service was decent, but it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive. The food was alright, though a bit cold. However, the garlic parmesan fries were very enjoyable. I was really looking forward to trying the Deep Dish Chicago-style pizza, but in my opinion, it didn’t live up to the hype at all.

Was really expecting a better experience based on reviews. It's not bad, but I've had better pizza in Chicago. The service was meh and the overall experience just left me wanting to leave. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't good either. Nice area though.
Horrible service. Sat there for 12 minutes without anyone acknowledging us and it wasn’t busy at all. We asked twice for service and still wasn’t helped. Coming from someone who runs a business, it’s sad to see businesses like this.

The pizza is fantastic, but there are significant issues with customer service, delivery, and management. I really enjoy the food, but I would suggest getting it from a different place.

Excellent place! delicious food.Dan took care of us, the best, very attentive and concerned, he was attentive to our children and all the time if we needed anything. 100% recommended
