The owner is fantastic! Although I don't visit as often as I'd like, every time I do, he has always been kind and respectful, making me feel right at home. I absolutely love the atmosphere there. I recently ordered a full, fresh strawberry-filled sheet cake for an 80th birthday celebration for a friend at my church, and everyone raved about how beautiful the cake looked and, most importantly, how delicious it tasted. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I absolutely love Giovanni's! I often take my grandkids there for their favorite treats: cannolis, lobster tails, cheesecake, Boston cream dome, Oreo bites, apple crisp, cupcakes, and so much more. Everything is delicious! I've never had a negative experience with the service or the food they offer. I've been coming here for at least 10 years, and it has always been fantastic. This bakery is amazing, featuring exceptionally friendly staff. The display cases are consistently stocked with extraordinary treats. It has a charming vibe that could easily fit into any European village, yet it's conveniently situated just off a roundabout in Worcester.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Italian grinder—it was absolutely delicious! The Italian Wedding soup tasted like it was made from scratch; it was so good! And the pastries, as expected, were simply divine! What more can I say? You should definitely check it out!
