I had lunch with a friend at this restaurant and ordered steak subs. When our sandwiches arrived, we immediately noticed that the texture was off. We brought this to our server's attention, only to find out that the "steak," as mentioned on the menu, is actually soy meat, which explained the difference in quality. Since neither of us can tolerate soy meat, we asked if we could exchange our subs for something else and pay the difference. I just wanted to share my experience after ordering food. I was charged nearly $20 for one order of wings, even though I specifically selected the option that was listed at $13.50. The Big Red drink was decent, but the wings were dry. Unfortunately, the chocolate cookie was overcooked as well. I’m currently in the ICU with my mother, and she was really hungry, so it was disappointing. Hopefully, my next experience will be better. However, I believe it’s not fair to charge $20 for just 13 wings!
If you're considering Giovanni's, I highly recommend you head to the one in Westmoreland instead. It's definitely worth the extra distance. The food is a thousand times better, and the owner there is so much nicer than the one at this location.

It had been nearly 10 years since we last visited, and I’m not sure why we waited so long. We shared the antipasto salad and the Super Sub, and both dishes were excellent. The service was fantastic as well.

We received the wrong salad, the pizza toppings were incorrect, and the brownie was burnt. We usually LOVE Giovanni's, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
Absolutely delicious! I ordered a medium pizza with garlic butter, and it was amazing! The sauce was really flavorful too. I will definitely be ordering it again! Yum!
