I very much enjoyed the breakfast at Gira El Sol. A big platter with rice, patacones and salad. I ordered the breakfast without egg and it arrived with some crispy soy meat instead which was delicious. The rice was cooked with herbs and full of flavor, the salad fresh and delicious. The guava juice was also really good. I was happy to discover the store section of the restaurant as well which has a variety of great products.
Fuimos a este lugar porque ya habíamos ido en el pasto a un girasol. Allí trabaja la hija y en Mocoa la madre. Desafortunadamente la comida no me pareció buena: no me gusta desperdiciar la comida, pero desafortunadamente no pude soportarla porque sabía que no iba a comerla. Comimos afuera y el lugar donde había un olor un poco extraño. Este es el segundo lugar que conocí en Mocoa con opciones vegetativas.

Lamentablemente la comida no me pareció buena : No me gusta desperdiciar la comida pero lamentablemente no me podía llevarla porque sabía que no me la iba a comer. Comimos afuera y el lugar ahí tenía un olor un poco extraño. Este es el segundo lugar que conocí en Mocoa con opciones vegetarías.

We went there in the evening to have dinner. There was only the menu for 8.000 but without the soup... The empanadas were delicious but the quantity was clearly not enough. We had to share another menu to be full. Only two flavors of icecream were vegan but the lady told me all of the are vegan. Hopefully i've checked... I also took the hone made «bread» with peanuts which was delicious.
solid menu for dinner: suppe, reis, bohnen, platano with queso de soya as topping and a drink of choice (fruit juice or leche de soya.) the eating was absolutely tasteful and the leche de soya was super. they can sit inside or outside the restaurant. we also had a nice conversation with the owner.
