Nice food and ambience, food and drinks were served super quick. Was a perfect location for a late afternoon family meal. The big downside was the welcome we received which was downright rude. Hostess who met us couldnt have been more off putting. A real shame as the experience would have been a great one otherwise.
Not what it used to be but fine for what it is ... decent food at reasonable prices and friendly, efficient service. Shame it was a bit drafty and cold on this occasion, so we were a bit uncomfortable, but food and service met expectations so overall not complaining.
Really lovely rodeo burger freshly grilled chicken breast with lettuce bacon hot sauce and fresh onion rings was delicious and the fris where hot and seasoned we was served within 10 minutes And there were easily 400 people inside. Lovely choice of drinks
The food was good, I liked the reading books and crayons for the kids. I felt the service needs a bit of thought. It felt like the staff were just going through the motions and not particularly attentive. Réservez une table maintenant
Everything was fine (just fine not amazing, not terrible) main criticism would be that portion size was pretty small. I was still really hungry after a £15 main course which I don’t think I should be….
They were unable to offer me any main course that was both gluten and milk free, even though we could find no rationale for the gluten free burgers being classified as containing milk
The food was good as always, reliable. Service was good. But the restaurant was far too cold and we couldn't even take our coats off so we won't be coming back until this is sorted.
They didn’t have our reservation (we have an email confirmation) and left 10 of us including my elderly parents and a 2 year old standing outside in the cold. Réservez une table maintenant
