That was one of my wife and I favorite restaurants about 6.7 years ago. We travel a lot, and you know how it goes, try other places, Putney things. Fast forward... tasty is my birthday. My wife asks me if I want to go out to eat, and Girasole was one of the choices!! I jumped on how an old favorite memory someone remembers you... Oh, yeah! When we came there, it went back 6.7 years when we met them at least once a month! And the food was as great today as it was then! And then my wife has a court that shocked me. And that's not easy!! I got the file, she had chicken rolotini. Both are delicious! Your menu is very specialized. Chicken, veal, lamb, shrimp, fish. Various dishes each. And made perfect! And her special list is unrealistic! I dare to choose one without making a difficult choice! Ice said enough. check the site, or just go! Thank you. You are welcome!!!
Our server was absolutely excellent and very attentive to detail. You have a fairly large menu and many specialties. We have the veal and butternut quash ravioli in cream sauce. The portions are quite small, but the food is rich so that we don't want to leave anymore. The dining room is picturesque, but they also have outdoor seating. A high-quality Italian restaurant.
As a former Bound Brook resident, years ago, I really liked to eat here. Even my engagement with my present-day husband celebrated in this place, 18 years ago. We were in the area and decided to stop for lunch and I can honestly say this is just as big a restaurant as two decades ago. We loved it absolutely!
BYOB with perfect service! From the crab and shrimp roll appetizer to the chocolate mousse dessert the food was delicious! We also had the salmon and shrimp ravioli entrees that were specials of the day. You can't go wrong with Girasole... a certain must when you're in the area.
