It is simple room and serves simple food - clams and chips, fish and chips, seafood chowder, pie etc. - which you will find served in many small-town restaurants in Atlantic Canada. But the room is bright and spotlessly clean and the food ... I am originally from Atlantic Canada and really like fried clams. I try to have them every time I visit home and there were by far the best I have ever had. Really wonderful. I was with some family from Maine, and they know fried clams down there and they also said they were the best they ever had. One of us had the chowde...
Not only is Gisele charming, her fried clams are heavenly! My cousin from Scotland declared they were the best he has ever tasted. Even picky Grandma sighed in happiness. The bowls of seafood chowder are cooked fresh before each order...amazing Don't drive past Gisele's. Stop and eat!
Gisele's restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and it's a great place to gather with friends. You can bring your own wine and enjoy some top-notch seafood. The homemade dishes are definitely worth it.
Stopped here for lunch. We both had the lobster roll platters. Lobster roll, firs and coleslaw. Our last fresh maritime lobster meal. ???? This lunch was very good and filling. The restaurant clean and prices are very reasonable. Server (male) was also pleasant and friendly.
