The initial good welcome from the owner of the place and we know why when we read on... was radically transformed when I informed her two hours after our arrival that we were leaving her establishment while offering her pay for the room after deduction of meals not taken. No telephone network, no wifi, no TV, no towels, but according to her view of the lake which alone justified the price of 130€ per night so excluding 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts i.e. price of a room in a 3 or 4 star hotel. Obviously, at this price paid, the charges inherent to occupancy have not been deducted water, electricity, cleaning, laundry and after consulting the catering prices, breakfasts too! After our departure we stayed in a 3 star hotel in the city center of Turin near the train station at a price of €101 per night...breakfast included...and without a view of a lake!!! In September it is dark between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. so the view of the lake is restricted for the last passing customers...and at this time nothing else to do no TV or internet or to contemplate the lake otherwise lie down...and yet the price remains the same as in high season. It should also be noted that when I made my telephone reservation, a price of €85 for half board was confirmed to me but without indicating that it was per person. At this price I would have refused...even with a view of the lake and even if it was a studio...without a kitchenette...so only a large bedroom. Finally, to return to my introduction in parentheses the owner can actually display a broad smile when she charges such prices and moreover in a gîte.

Ce refuge est l'endroit idéal pour se déconnecter de l'agitation quotidienne et se reconnecter avec la nature et vous-même. Des chambres impeccablement propres, à la nourriture servie et à la vue pittoresque du lac, chaque détail vous donne une expérience inoubliable. Cette retraite n'est pas seulement un endroit où vous pouvez dormir et manger, mais une destination à part entière, où chaque moment passé se transforme en un souvenir précieux. Je recommande fortement de découvrir la magie de cet endroit merveilleux! Chambres: Chambres et locaux très propres. Mais rien ne manque. Une litière fraiche et propre comme à la maison. Boissons alimentaires : Ils mangent et boivent très bien, de bons prix. Un endroit où revenir...
I have been returning to this wonderful place every year for 17 years. A simply fantastic place. The view is spectacular, the refuge is so nice, who manages it and who also works there, the food and prices are good, the rooms are clean. Recommended... for life!
